Eiger Ski Club BOOKINGS RULES WINTER
You may need to share if a room is not booked exclusively. If you want a room exclusively, please indicate this in a comment to the booking officer. A supplementary invoice may be raised as a result (empty beds are charged at 50% of full tariff), in this case you will receive the additional invoice by email and must pay within 7 days to confirm your booking.
Rooms 1, 4 and 6: 1 x double, 2 x singles
Room 3: 1 x double, 3 x singles
Rooms 2 and 5: 1 x double, 4 x singles
If you prefer not to share the double-bed and no other room is available, then a single person may book the double-bed and not have to pay extra. Single persons will be accommodated in the 6-bed rooms if possible, 4/5 bed rooms only when necessary.
If a guest/member wants to book a double-bed when single beds are available they must pay the extra 50% guest rate.
Bookings can only be made for 2 or more nights. Friday and Saturday nights must not be split.
Eiger members may stay free during value and shoulder seasons. During July school holidays and peak season members must pay 50% of full guest rate. Eiger associates adult and child may stay at associate rates during value and shoulder seasons. During July school holidays and peak season associate members must pay 75% of full guest rate.
Child rate applies to children under 15 years old. However, children under 3 may be accommodated free of charge, if they use a cot and subject to a whole room being booked. Unused beds must be paid for at 50% of the relevant guest rate per bed. Please indicate this in a comment to the booking officer.
Eiger Lodge supplies doonas and pillows however guests are required to supply own linen (towel, top and bottom sheets and pillowcase) or you can hire for a small fee. No sleeping bags allowed.
Members of Oldina Lodge Falls Creek have reciprocal booking rights for their members at Eiger and vice versa. Rates to be advised.
Guests/members may request particular rooms but this cannot necessarily be accommodated. Eiger will do our best to accommodate your request, but there is no GUARANTEE!
Guests/members will be advised on their arrival as to which room that they have been placed into. This is to maximise the use of the lodge.
